Abstract
"MONTAGEM DE JUNTA TRIPé DE VELOCIDADE CONSTANTE, E, MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO DE UMA JUNTA TRIPé". Uma junta tripé (10) inclui um alojamento tripé (40), tendo uma pluralidade de canais de esfera que se estendem longitudinalmente (50), destinados a receber uma pluralidade de munhões (32) que se projetam a partir de um eixo (14). Cada munhão (32) é ajustado com um módulo de esfera (58) formado como uma submontagem separada dos munhões (32). Cada módulo de esfera (58) inclui uma esfera de rolamento (60) tendo um furo (68) no qual uma pluralidade de mancais de agulhas (72) fica disposta. Uma carcaça de mancal (74) é recebida com uma conexão de encaixe de pressão dentro do furo (68) de forma a reter os mancais de agulhas (72) dentro da esfera de rolamento (60) independentemente dos munhões (32).
