Abstract
"SISTEMA DE CONTROLE DE REFRIGERAçãO DE UM AMBIENTE REFRIGERADO, MéTODO DE CONTROLE DE UM SISTEMA DE REFRIGERAçãO E REFRIGERADOR". Descreve-se um sistema de controle de refrigeração de um ambiente refrigerado (11), um método de controle de um sistema de refrigeração bem como a um refrigerador e, particularmente, fazendo se uso de um compressor (7) de capacidade variável aplicado a sistemas de refrigeração em geral, tal sistema compreendendo um compressor (7) de capacidade (S) variável e um controlador (2), o controlador (2) medindo a carga (Ln) do compressor (7) e verificando a situação da temperatura no ambiente refrigerado (11) e atuando na capacidade de refrigeração (S) do compressor (7). é também previsto um método de controle de um sistema de refrigeração que compreende um compressor (7) tendo uma carga (Ln) e ciclicamente aplicando uma capacidade de refrigeração (S) a um ambiente refrigerado (11), a capacidade de refrigeração (S) sendo variável, o método compreendendo etapas de: ao longo de um ciclo de refrigeração medir a carga (Ln) do compressor (7), o ciclo sendo iniciado quando a situação da temperatura no ambiente refrigerado indicar que a temperatura (T) é superior a um máximo valor permitido (T~ 1~), calcular uma relação (L~ 2~/L~ 1~) entre o valor armazenado de uma segunda variável (L~ 2~) e o valor armazenado de uma primeira variável (L~ 1~), a segunda variável (L~ 2~) correspondendo à carga (Ln) do ciclo de refrigeração atual, e a primeira variável correspondendo à carga (Ln) antes da última alteração de capacidade (S) do compressor (7), seguir as etapas de alterar o valor da capacidade de refrigeração (S) se <sym> > R então S = <sym>.K e armazenar o valor da segunda variável (L~ 2~) na primeira variável (L~ 1~), (R) sendo um valor de referência preestabelecido e (K) sendo um valor constate preestabelecido, ou manter a atual capacidade de refrigeração (S) se <sym> <243> R então S = S e manter o valor da primeira variável (L~ 1~). é também previsto um refrigerador compreendendo um compressor (7) de capacidade (S) variável, um controlador (2) controlando a capacidade (S) do compressor (7), e um evaporador (10), o evaporador (10) sendo associado ao compressor (7) e estando posicionado em pelo menos um ambiente refrigerado (11), o controlador (2) acionando o compressor (7) em ciclos de refrigeração para manter a situação de temperatura (T) do ambiente refrigerado (11) dentro de limites (T~ 1~,T~ 2~) máximo e mínimo de situações de temperatura preestabelecidos, o controlador (2) medindo uma carga (Ln) do compressor (7), e atua na capacidade de refrigeração (S) do compressor (7) em função da evolução da carga (Ln) sobre o compressor em combinação com o estado de temperatura no ambiente refrigerado (11).
