Abstract
" CABEçA DE DESCARGA DE LìQUIDO, SUBSTRATO DE ELEMENTO, APARELHO DE DESCARGA DE LìQUIDO E MéTODO DE DESCARGA DE LìQUIDO". Uma cabeça de descarga de líquido compreende uma pluralidade de elementos de geração de calor para gerar energia térmica para gerar uma bolha no líquido, uma porta de descarga prevista para cada um dos ditos elementos de geração de calor e constituindo uma parte para a descarga do dito líquido, um caminho de fluxo de liquido se comunicando com a dita porta de descarga e incluindo uma área de geração de bolha para gerar uma bolha no liquido, um elemento móvel previsto na dita área de geração de bolha e adaptado para deslocar juntamente com o crescimento da dita bolha, uma parte limitadora para limitar o deslocamento do dito elemento móvel dentro de uma faixa desejada, e um circuito para receber dados de um numero predeterminado de bits para cada elemento de geração e calor e gerando pulsos de acionamento para o elemento de geração de calor correspondente com base nos dados de entrada, onde o dito elemento de geração de calor e a dita porta de descarga estão em uma relação de comunicação linear, a dita parte limitadora é prevista em oposição à dita área de geração de bolha no dito caminho de fluxo de liquido, e o dito caminho de fluxo de liquido incluindo a dita área de geração de bolha constituir um espaço substancialmente fechado para a dita parte de descarga pelo contato substancial entre o dito elemento móvel deslocado e a dita parte limitadora, e o número dos ditos pulsos de acionamento gerados a partir dos ditos dados de entrada é maior do que o dito número predeterminado de bits pelo menos para um conjunto dos ditos dados, e o dito liquido é descarregado a partir da dita porta de descarga pela energia da geração de bolha pela aplicação do dito pulso de acionamento.
