Uma fralda descartável 1 incluindo um par de fechos adesivos 8 estedendo-se para fora a partir das porções de bordas laterais opostas transversalmente 1a de uma região posterior de cintura 22 e uma faixa alvo de fita adesiva 10 a qual os fechos adesivos 8 são ancorados e fixados na superfície externa de uma folha posterior 3 em uma região anterior de cintura 20, e membros de gancho 9 são providos sobre a superfície dos respectivos fechas adesivos 8 revestindo a faixa alvo de fita adesiva 10 e porções dos respectivos membros ganchos 9 definidos nas proximidades de suas bordas laterais internas 9a e situando nas proximidades das porções de bordas laterais opostas transversalmente 1a da região posterior de cintura 22 são libertados dos respectivos fechos adesivos 8.
