Abstract

"ARTIGO DO VESTUáRIO DESCARTáVEL". A invenção visa aperfeiçoar o artigo do vestuário descartável possuindo uma pluralidade de membros estendendo de modo contrátil em uma direção que circunda a cintura e uma parte de gancho do prendedor mecânico fixado no mesmo e que pode ser confiavelmente protegido contra a formação de franzidos indesejáveis devido a contração daqueles membros elásticos. Um artigo do vestuário descartável (1) inclui membros elásticos (20) interpostos entre as folhas internas e externas (4, 5) e fixados em um estado de estiramento nestas folhas internas e externas (4, 5). Uma folha base (48) constituindo um componente de uma parte de gancho (17) de um prendedor mecânico que é orientado para estender-se cruzando os membros elásticos (20) e fixados na folha externa (5). Sobre a folha externa (5), uma região (52) na qual a folha externa (5) é fixada na folha base (48) e regiões periféricas (53, 54) possuindo dimensões m, n como medido a partir das bordas laterais (50) da folha base (48) em uma direção de largura (X) do artigo (1) não são fixados nem nos membros elásticos (20) nem na folha interna (4). A folha externa (5) é fixada na folha interna (4) nas regiões definidas na parte externa daquelas regiões periféricas (53, 54).
