Abstract

"MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR FERRO METáLICO FUNDIDO". Um processo compreendendo: carregar uma substância compactante de matéria prima reduzida contendo uma substância com agente redutor carbonáceo e óxido de ferro em um forno tipo cadinho móvel; reduzir a substância compactante reduzida a uma taxa de redução entre 30 a 80% dentro do forno de redução daí formando capa de ferro metálico ou constituindo um estado em que a capa de ferro metálico ou o ferro metálico são arranjados segundo padrão reticular e um agente redutor carbonáceo permanecendo nos interstícios do mesmo; aglomerar a escória produzida contendo FeO; carregar a substância compactante reduzida em um forno de fusão em um estado de alta temperatura, e executar a etapa final de redução e fundição obtendo ferro metálico fundido.
