Abstract
"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA COMPACTAR AREIA DE MOLDAGEM". Um método para introduzir e compactar areia de moldagem S num espaço de moldagem definido por uma chapa de modelos (10a) , uma estrutura auxiliar inferior (16b), um frasco (18), uma estrutura de enchimento (20) e pés de compressão multi-segmentados (36a ). Primeiro, a areia de moldagem S é introduzida no espaço de moldagem. Os pés de compressão (36a) são abaixados em seguida para aplicar uma primeira compressão à areia de moldar S no espaço de moldagem sob uma condição onde, pelo menos a estrutura inferior (16a) não pode ser abaixada. os pés de compressão (36a) são então abaixados para aplicar uma segunda compressão à areia de moldagem S no espaço de moldagem sob uma condição onde a estrutura inferior (16a), o frasco (18) e a estrutura de enchimento (20) podem ser abaixados.
