Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "COMPOSIçãO E MéTODO PARA DETECçãO E CONTAGEM DE FORMA DIFERENCIADA E ANTECIPADA DE MICRO-ORGANISMOS GRAM-NEGATIVOS". A presente invenção refere-se ao campo da Microbiologia e particularmente trata de uma Composição e Método para detecção, identificação, diferenciação e contagem de forma antecipada de organismos microscópicos, concretamente de microorganismos Gram-negativos. A composição para detecção e contagem de forma diferenciada e antecipada de organismos microscópicos da invenção consiste em uma mistura de substâncias de origem de proteína com um teor total de nitrogênio do 9 a 20%, que estão na mistura em uma razão de 2: 1 a 24: 1 com relação ao teor de inibidores de organismos Gram-positivos. Ela contém uma mistura de substâncias organicas e inorgânicas que facilita a diferenciação de organismos Gram-negativos; esta mistura estando em uma razão de 0,5: 1 a 2: 1 com relação a mistura de substâncias de origem de proteína. A composição permite a detecção e contagem diferenciada de E. coli e de outros organismos coliformes é possível por cor azul-cinzenta das colónias no fundo amarelo do meio; Salmonella não typhi por a cor vermelha do centro das colónias no fundo róseo do meio; Salmonella typhi e Proteus por transparência das colónias, Citrobacter e Klebsiella por cor violeta das colónias no fundo laranja-rosa do meio e Pseudomonas aeruginosa por cor laranja com centro mais escuro da colónia; fazer a pigmentação cinzenta começando por 24 horas e produzir fluorescência cinzenta sob luz ultravioleta baixa.
