"SEQüêNCIA DE NUCLEOTìDEOS QUE REGULA A EXPRESSãO ESPECìFICA EM ANTERAS DE UM GENE, CONSTRUCTO DE DNA, VETOR RECOMBINANTE, CéLULA TRANSFORMADA, CéLULA TRANSGENéTICA, PLANTA TRANSGENéTICA, USO DE UMA PLANTA TRANSGENéTICA, MéTODO PARA PRODUçãO DE PLANTAS ANDROESTéREIS E MéTODO PARA RESTAURAR A FERTILIDADE DE UMA PLANTA ANDROESTéRIL". Sendo que a seqüência reguladora é útil para a expressão específica em antera de uma seqüência de nucleotídeo de interesse, por exemplo, uma seqüência, cuja expressão controlada sob a dita seqüência reguladora causa a separação completa da antera nos primeiros estágios de desenvolvimento e permite obter as plantas androestéreis que são úteis para a produção das sementes mistas.
