Abstract
"PROCESSO DE OXALATAçãO DA SUPERFìCIE ZINCADA DE UMA CHAPA". Processo para formar uma camada de oxalato de zinco sobre a superfície de uma cinta ou de uma chapa metálica revestida de uma camada de zinco ou de liga de zinco, com exceção das ligas zinco-ferro, por meio de uma solução aquosa constituída de ácido oxálico a uma concentração compreendida entre 5.10^ -3^ e 0,1 mol/l, e de pelo menos um composto e/ou um íon de um metal oxidante do zinco a uma concentração compreendida entre 10^ -6^ e 10^ -2^ mol/l, eventualmente um agente umedecedor. Esse processo permite tratar as chapas a velocidades muito elevadas, sem utilizar oxidante em quantidade importante; ele facilita a gestão dos banhos de tratamento. Utilização desse processo para a lubrificação de chapa, notadamente com vistas à estamparia.
