Abstract

"JUNTA APARAFUSADA COM ANEL DE VEDAçãO". A invenção se refere a uma junta aparafusada com um anel de vedação, uma peça de conexão e uma porca de união, para a confecção de um conector de tubo, o anel de vedação sendo projetado como um anel de corte, com uma ou várias bordas de corte, as quais podem ser inseridas em um orifício cónico da peça de conexão, começando a partir de uma face de extremidade, pelo aparafusamento da porca de união na peça de conexão, e o anel de vedação sendo provido com um reforço anular no lado de porca de seu lado externo, o qual forma uma superfície de anel em sua transição para a porção de anel estreita. A face anular resultante da porção de reforço do anel de corte é provida com uma inclinação entre 45 e 90 graus em relação ao eixo de tubo, e o comprimento axial do reforço anular é de um tamanho tal que, no caso de uma montagem completa, os elementos de transferência dispostos na face anular transfiram sua formação de imagem negativa ou eles mesmos para a face de extremidade da peça de conexão. Os elementos de transferência têm contornos espacialmente projetados, cuja formação de imagem negativa é transferível para a face de extremidade da peça de conexão. De modo similar a uma matriz de gravação, a imagem negativa é gravada na face de extremidade da peça de conexão, pela força de compressão exercida pelo instalador.
