Abstract

"ALVéOLO CERâMICO DE CORDIERITA DE EXPANSãO TéRMICA BAIXA E PROCESSO DE PRODUçãO DO MESMO". A presente invenção refere-se a um alvéolo cerâmico de cordierita de expansão térmica inferior é obtido por controle das fases cristal de tal modo que uma fase cristal de cordierita não é inferior a 60% e uma fase cristal de indialita não é superior a 30<198>C, em que a soma da fase cristal de cordierita e a fase cristal de indialita não é inferior a 85%. Além disto, para este fim, um processo para produção de alvéolo cerâmico de cordierita de expansão térmica inferior, possuindo as etapas de mistura de matérias-primas e agentes de formação para obter uma batelada de matérias-primas, extrusão e secagem da batelada de matéria-prima para obter um corpo formado e sintetização do corpo formado é caracterizado pelo fato de que, durante a etapa de sintetização, uma razão decrescente de temperatura pelo menos da temperatura máxima para 1.3000<198>C não é maior do que 100<198>C/hora.
