Abstract
"CONJUNTO DE HIDROCONFORMAçãO E MéTODO PARA FORMAR UM ORIFìCIO EM UM ESBOçO DE TUBO METáLICO HIDROCONFORMADO E REMOVER UMA SUCATA PUNCIONADA DO MESMO". Um conjunto de hidroconformação (10) tem uma pluralidade de estruturas de matriz (20, 21) que são montadas sobre uma prensa para movimento alternativo entre condições aberta e fechada. As estruturas de matriz possuem superfícies de matriz cooperantes (22) definindo uma cavidade de matriz (21) quando na condição fechada e recebem um esboço de tubo metálico (24) quando na condição aberta. Um sistema de alimentação de fluido de hidroconformação tem estruturas de engate com as extremidades do tubo (25) que são móveis para seletivamente e hermeticamente se engatarem com as extremidades opostas do esboço de tubo. O sistema de alimentação de fluido de hidroconformação fornece fluido pressurizado ao interior do esboço de tubo (24) de maneira a expandir o esboço de tubo para o exterior em conformidade com a cavidade de matriz (23). Um punção (52) se estende no interior de uma passagem (51) de pelo menos uma das estruturas de matriz. O punção (52) é deslocável entre posições retraída e estendida. Um conjunto acionador de punção (54) aciona o punção entre as posições retraída e estendida para perfurar um orifício no interior do esboço de tubo expandido. Um sistema de descarga de fluido (30) comunica-se com a cavidade de matriz (23) proporcionando um fluxo de fluido de descarga através do interior do esboço de tubo expandido.
