Abstract

"FILTRO DE LìQUIDO, ESPECIALMENTE FILTRO DE óLEO". A invenção refere-se a um filtro de líquido (1), por exemplo um filtro de óleo para a limpeza de óleo lubrificante, particularmente para motores de combustão interna de veículos automotores. No interior do filtro de líquido (1) acha-se disposta uma peça intercalada de filtro anelar que lá separa um lado limpo de um lado bruto. Uma caixa de filtro (2) de metal possui um primeiro flange (3), com o qual o filtro de líquido (1) acha-se aparafusado a um componente por meio de um aparafusamento, componente este que apresenta uma entrada para líquido sujo, uma saída para líquido limpo e um duto vazio relativamente sem pressão. O primeiro flange (3) contém uma vedação externa (24) que atua axialmente, que abrange a entrada, a saída e o duto vazio e um compartimento de admissão de suporte (22), que está guarnecido pela vedação externa (24). No compartimento de admissão de suporte (22) acha-se inserida uma peça intercalada de suporte funcional (23), que apresenta um compartimento de entrada (25) aberto para entrada, um compartimento de saída (26) aberto para a saída e um compartimento de duto vazio (27) aberto para o duto vazio, sendo que os compartimentos individuais estão vedados um em relação ao outro por meio de vedações internas (28) que atuam axialmente. O aparafusamento, com o qual o primeiro flange (3) encontra-se aparafusado ao componente, atua axialmente e pressiona as vedações que atuam axialmente contra o componente, sendo que a peça intercalada de suporte funcional (23) apóia-se no primeiro flange (3).
