Abstract

"PELìCULA DE EMPACOTAMENTO E MéTODO DE FABRICAR UMA PELìCULA DE EMPACOTAMENTO". A presente invenção fornece uma película de empacotamento incluindo: (a) uma camada externa compreendendo um ionómero para fornecer resistência térmica; e (b) uma camada interna compreendendo um material polimérico tendo uma temperatura de selagem menor do que a temperatura de selagem da camada externa. A invenção também fornece um método de fabricar uma película de empacotamento como descrito acima, que inclui as etapas de (a) co-extrusar uma primeira camada compreendendo um ionómero e uma segunda camada compreendendo um material polimérico tendo temperatura de selagem menor do que a primeira camada; e (b) resfriar a película co-extrusada. Um método de empacotar um produto alimentício é também fornecido.
