Abstract
"MOTOR VIBRATóRIO E MéTODO DE CONFECçãO E USO DO MESMO". Um piezoelétrico único (22) é excitado a uma primeira freq³ência, para causar dois modos de vibração em um ressoador (24), produzindo um primeiro movimento elíptico (100a) em uma primeira direção em uma porção de contato selecionada (44) do ressoador, que é colocada em encaixe com atrito com um elemento acionado (42), para mover o elemento acionado em uma primeira direção. Uma segunda freq³ência excita o mesmo piezoelétrico (22), para causar dois modos de vibração do ressoador, produzindo um segundo movimento preferencialmente elíptico (100b) em uma segunda direção da porção de contato selecionada (44), para mover o elemento acionado (42) em uma segunda direção. O piezoelétrico é pré-carregado à compressão pelo ressoador. As paredes do ressoador são tensionadas além do seu limite de escoamento, para a manutenção da pré-carga. Extremidades especialmente conformadas no piezoelétrico ajudam no pré-carregamento. O piezoelétrico pode enviar ou receber sinais vibratórios através do elemento acionado para ou de sensores, para a determinação da posição do elemento acionado em relação ao elemento piezoelétrico ou ao ressoador. Inversamente, o elemento piezoelétrico pode receber vibração ou sinais elétricos passados através do elemento acionado, para a determinação da posição do elemento acionado. O ressoador é forçado de forma resiliente contra o elemento acionado, ou vice-versa. Vários ressoadores podem acionar os elementos acionados comuns.
