Abstract

"MéTODO DE ADMINISTRAçãO ORAL E COMPOSIçãO PARA MEDICAMENTOS SóLIDOS OU SUPLEMENTOS DIETéTICOS". Trata-se de uma composição de liberação oral e processo são providos para facilitação de intumescimento de um objeto sólido tal como uma pílula, tablete, cápsula ou caplet. A composição de liberação oral é constituída por uma mistura de um líquido base e pelo menos um aditivo. O aditivo é selecionado e está presente na composição de liberação oral em uma concentração suficiente de modo que a composição de liberação oral tem propriedades físicas aperfeiçoadas, em comparação com o líquido base, de modo que quando a composição de liberação oral e um objeto sólido a ser intumescido por um usuário são administrados juntos para o usuário e intumescidos, o objeto sólido é menos provável de tornar-se alojado ou colado sobre superfícies da língua, garganta, palato ou esofageal do usuário, em comparação a quando o líquido base e o objeto sólido são administrados juntos e intumescidos.
