Abstract

"PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA PRODUçãO DE ARTIGOS LAMINADOS". Na invenção é provido um processo para produção de um tecido composto não tramado. Um polímero é extrusado no filamento contínuo aquecido, possivelmente elástico, a partir do cabeçote de matriz para um primeiro rolete resfriado, onde o extrusor é configurado para prover os filamentos contínuos ao rolete resfriado em uma direção de canto, que está em tangente ou em ângulo em relação à superfície do primeiro rolete resfriado. Os filamentos são transportados em uma direção a jusante por meio de roletes seq³enciais para um estreitamento. Em uma próxima etapa, a trama não tecida é aspergida com um adesivo e é laminada sobre o filamento contínuo no estreitamento para formar um tecido não trançado composto. Os filamentos contínuos movem-se verticalmente a jusante aproximadamente em linha com o processo de laminação, facilitando o reenroscamento automático dos filamentos quando eles são rompidos ou interrompidos no seu trajeto a jusante para os rolos resfriados.
