Abstract

Métodos de produção de filmes termoplásticos e termoplásticos microporosos respiráveis e de barreira de líquidos, respectivos produtos e equipamento de produção de filmes termoplásticos estirados Filmes e laminados termoplásticos (29) são feitos por meio de extrusão e estiramento, usando-se rolos de velocidades diferentes (24, 27) que empregam um pequeno intervalo de estiramento (x), de não mais do que 2,5 centímetros, imediatamente após a formação do filme expelido. O método e o equipamento (da Figura 1) controlam a espessura do filme estirado e conferem-lhe as propriedades mecânicas pretendidas, como alto módulo de manuseio e força tênsil apropriada para maciez.
