Abstract

"PROCESSOS DE FABRICAçãO DE Lã MINERAL E DE UM ARTIGO, LIGA à BASE DE COBALTO, ARTIGO E UTILIZAçãO DE UM ARTIGO". O processo de fabricação de lã mineral por centrifugação interna é caracterizado pelo fato de que a temperatura da matéria mineral no suporte é de pelo menos 1150<198>C e pelo fato de que o suporte de formação de fibra é constituído de uma liga à base de cobalto que compreende os elementos a seguir (em percentagem ponderal da liga): Cr 23 a 34%, Fe menos de 3%, Ni 6 a 12%, Si menos de 1%, Ta 3 a 10%, Mn menos de 0,5%, C 0,2 a 1,2%, Zr menos de 0,1 %, W 0 a 8%, o resto sendo constituído por cobalto e impurezas inevitáveis, a razão molar do tântalo para carbono sendo de pelo menos 0,3. Ligas particularmente adaptadas a este processo correspondem à fórmula acima e não contêm tungstênio. As ligas de acordo com a invenção podem ser utilizadas para outros fins em atmosfera oxidante a uma temperatura de pelo menos 1100<198>C.
