A invenção se refere a um implante osteosintético para uso no tratamento de fraturas de cabeça e pescoço do úmero. O implante inclui um corpo, uma lâmina helicoidalmente torcida (2) tendo uma seção transversal oblonga, e um colar circunferencial (3) tendo uma pluralidade de pontos de fixação para suturas.
