Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE TRILHO CORREDIçO PARA UM TRANSPORTADOR". A presente invenção se refere a um dispositivo de trilho corrediço (deslizante) para um transportador no qual uma correia transportadora contínua está suportada e guiada sobre flanges superiores e inferiores (11, 11'; 12, 12'), dispostos a partir de laterais perfiladas mutuamente opostas em direção ao centro perfilado e correndo paralelas com a direção de viga mestra, sobre pelo menos uma viga mestra perfilada (10) . A correia transportadora é conduzida sobre um par de trilhos corrediços mutuamente opostos (31; 27) sobre os flanges superiores (11, 11') e sobre os flanges inferiores (12, 12'), respectivamente, sobre a viga mestra perfilada (10). Cada trilho corrediço (31; 27) possui uma primeira seção longitudinal (A) de seção transversal essencialmente configurada em (U) e um braço (33; 33a) da referida seção configurada em (U) possui uma parte longitudinal (B), construída em peça única com a referida primeira seção (A). Uma orelha de bloqueio (34; 34a) está disposta entre a referida seção longitudinal (A) e parte longitudinal (B), respectivamente, e está localizada de maneira que ela entra dentro de um engatamento de bloqueio com uma parte complementar (34'; 34''), sobre um correspondente flange (11, 11'; 12, 12') sobre o elemento perfilado (10), quando o trilho corrediço está pressionado em e dentro do flange. Em uma concretização, os trilhos corrediços (27), que são intencionados para serem aplicados para pares mutuamente opostos de flanges superiores (11; 11') sobre o elemento perfilado (10), cada possuem uma borda (26) construída em peça única com os mesmos e se estendendo essencialmente perpendicularmente para aquela superfície do trilho que suporta as ligações de correia, em torno da lateral exterior dos referidos flanges superiores (11; 11').
