Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO CATALìTICO, REATOR PARA UMA REAçãO EXOTéRMICA EM ALTA TEMPERATURA EM UM MEIO GASOSO, E, PROCESSOS DE REAçãO EM UM MEIO GASOSO EM ALTA TEMPERATURA, E PARA A PREPARAçãO DE UM DISPOSITIVO CATALìTICO". A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo catalítico para a implementação de uma reação em um meio gasoso a alta temperatura, tal como, por exemplo, a síntese de HCN ou a oxidação de amónia, compreende: pelo menos um material texturizado (1) que seja eficaz como catalisador para a dita reação, um suporte (2) que compreende pelo menos uma parte de cerâmica (3), cuja estrutura torna possível a passagem dos gases, a dita parte (3) tendo uma face corrugada, de modo que o aumento na área da superfície (0) produzido pelas corrugações em relação a uma superfície plana seja pelo menos igual àquele (a) calculado para corrugações de dente de serra e entre aproximadamente 1,1 e aproximadamente 3, o dito material texturizado (1) estando posicionado de modo que ele seja mantido contra a face corrugada (6) da dita parte (3) do dito suporte (2) e siga a forma do mesmo.
