Abstract

"MáQUINA DE MOLDAGEM POR INJEçãO POSSUINDO UMA PLACA DE MOLDE PARA DISTRIBUIçãO UNIFORME DAS FORçAS DE APERTAR O MOLDE". Trata-se de uma máquina de moldagem por injeção que inclui um prato de prensa móvel especificamente adaptado para de forma uniforme distribuir uma força de apertar junto às superfícies da metade do molde desse modo reduzindo as deflexões localizadas e crosta de fundição não desejada no artigo moldado. O prato de prensa móvel do molde (10) é adaptado para ser de forma corrediça transportado em pelo menos um trilho (40) de uma máquina de moldagem por injeção (11), o prato de prensa (10) compreendendo: uma face frontal substancialmente retangular (12) especialmente adaptada para transportar uma metade do molde (26a); uma face traseira (14) paralela e espaçada da face frontal (12) especificamente adaptada para fazer interface com um torno (20), o dito torno estando ligado substancialmente no centro da face traseira e aplicando uma força substancialmente perpendicular à face frontal (12); uma parede (46, 48) possuindo uma espessura e altura predeterminadas projetando-se para trás a partir da periferia da face frontal; uma pluralidade de vigas separadas (18) se estendendo em um padrão predeterminado e interconectando cada uma dentre a face traseira (14), a parede (46, 48) e a face frontal (12), onde a força a partir do trono (20) é substancialmente transmitida de forma uniforme a partir da face traseira para a face frontal desse modo criando uma distribuição de pressão de vedação uniforme durante o aperto.
