Abstract

"PROCEDIMENTO E DISPOSITIVO DE PRODUçãO à DISTâNCIA E SEM VìNCULO MATERIAL DE UM IMPLANTE E IMPLANTE PRODUZIDO POR ESTE DISPOSITIVO". A invenção se refere a um procedimento de produção e um dispositivo de produção (10), à distância e sem vínculo material, de um implante (20) comportando uma aparelhagem elétrica (21), o dito dispositivo de produção (10) comportando uma fonte de indução (11) constituindo uma fonte de energia para o funcionamento da dita aparelhagem elétrica (21), caracterizado por comportar meios para permitir proceder a modificações na realização do campo eletromagnético pela dita fonte de indução (11) a fim de transmitir informações sob forma de dados binários ao dito implante (20). A presente invenção se refere igualmente a um implante (20), e notadamente um dispositivo de constrição gástrica, suscetível de ser produzido à distância e sem vínculo material por um dispositivo de produção (10) segundo a invenção.
