Abstract
"ESTRUTURA DE LAMINADOR PARA LAMINAçãO A QUENTE OU A FRIO DE MATERIAL METáLICO EM TIRA". A invenção se refere a uma estrutura de laminação para a laminação a quente ou a frio de material metálico em tira, com cilindros de apoio e de laminação (2, 3; 4, 5) montados em mancais de forma giratória em mancais de encosto (6 , 7) , de tal forma que estes (6 , 7) sejam ajustáveis dos dois lados nas guias (8) da estrutura de coluna (9) para o ajuste do vão de laminação (10) e também pelo menos de um lado para ajuste do jogo por meio de unidades de pistão e cilindro (11) montadas na estrutura de coluna (9), de tal modo que o jogo dos mancais de encosto (6, 7) dos cilindros de laminação na sua guia vertical (8) pode ser evitado totalmente durante a laminação. Para essa finalidade, os mancais de encosto, guiados pelo menos de um lado da coluna (9a) por meio da unidade de pistão e cilindro (11) na estrutura de coluna (9) e por meio do elemento de apoio (14) correspondente, que fica do lado frontal do pistão (11a) podem ser pressionados contra o outro lado da coluna (9b) e a guia (8) sem jogo quando o acionamento de posicionamento do rolo parar, podendo soltar quando o acionamento de posicionamento do rolo vertical estiver acionado.
