Abstract

"PRODUçãO AUTOMáTICA DE REFEIçõES COZIDAS EMPACOTADAS". A presente invenção refere-se a um método asséptico para preparar refeições utilizando dispositivos automatizados para colocar partes de alimentos de tipos diferentes tal como carne, cordeiro, frango, vegetais, amidos, arroz e batatas dentro de formas individuais do tipo de alimento (21) e dentro de um forno em linha (1); cada tipo de partes de alimentos é então cozido a medida que as formas (21) são transportadas (19) através do forno; e dispositivos automatizados tal como uma espátula (22) e o pegador de forma e o aparelho de levantar (24) são utilizados para remover o alimento do forno e das formas; e montar as partes de alimentos individuais para formar uma refeição dentro de um pacote (23). Além disso, é revelado um dispositivo de monitoramento para uso em um sistema de processamento de alimento automático seq³encial com múltiplos estágios que inclui um dispositivo (15) para designar um código de identificação único ou código de barras para cada parte de alimento individual e sensores para medirem valores de parâmetros predeterminados (por exemplo, temperatura, duração) do processo para as ditas partes identificadas.
