Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE POLI-CARBONATO". O presente pedido refere-se a um processo para a preparação de policarbonato mediante transesterificação de massa em fusão de diarilcarbonatos com compostos dihidroxiarila, sendo que o diarilcarbonato aplicado em excesso é recuperado em alta qualidade das correntes dos vapores de exaustão e novamente aplicado no processo de transesterificação. Os compostos monohidroxiarila isolados simultaneamente em alta pureza podem ser empregados para a preparação de diarilcarbonatos ou compostos dihidroxiarila.
