Abstract
"PROCESSO DE AQUECIMENTO DE UM FORNO DE FUSãO DE VIDRO QUE USA UM QUEIMADOR DE OXIGêNIO-COMBUSTìVEL DE COMBUSTãO EXECUTADA EM ETAPAS MONTADO NO TOPO DO FORNO". Em um forno de vidro industrial, que opcionalmente contém recuperadores, regeneradores, reforço elétrico ou outros dispositivos para prover calor para a matéria-prima do vidro, pelo menos um queimador de oxigênio-combustível de combustão executado em etapas é montado no topo do forno para prover calor para fundir a matéria-prima do vidro através da provisão de um fluxo de combustível para o queimador de oxigênio-combustível, para prover um fluxo de oxidante gasoso em associação com o dito queimador de oxigênio-comustível, para injetar combustível e oxidante no forno e para queimar o combustível, de tal modo que pelo menos uma parte da combustão seja efetuada nas proximidades do dito material de formação do vidro para intensificar a transferência convectiva e radioativa de calor para o dito material de formação do vidro sem substancialmente perturbar o material de formação do vidro. Em uma concretização, o queimador de oxigênio-combustível é adaptado para injetar combustíveis líquidos. Em outra concretização, o queimador de oxigênio-combustível é adaptado para a combustão do combustível executada em etapas e contém pelo menos um injetor de oxidante externo e dois injetores de combustível internos, o injetor de combustível mais interno sendo adaptado para a injeção de combustível de alta velocidade e o outro injetor de combustível, disposto entre o injetor de combustível mais interno e o injetor de oxidante externo, sendo adaptado para a injeção de combustível de velocidade mais baixa.
