Abstract

"PROCESSO DE COMBUSTãO DE UM COMBUSTìVEL COM O AUXILIO DE UM GáS OXIGENADO, CONJUNTO QUEIMADOR E UTILIZAçãO DO PROCESSO". Processo de combustão de um combustível com o auxílio de um gás oxigenado, no qual se injeta um jato do combustível e pelo menos dois jatos de gás oxigenado rico em oxigênio, o primeiro jato de gás oxigenado rico em oxigênio, dito primário, sendo injetado ao contato do jato de combustível e de maneira a gerar uma primeira combustão incompleta, os gases oriundos dessa primeira combustão, que comporta ainda pelo menos uma parte do combustível, e o segundo jato de gás oxigenado rico em oxigênio sendo injetado a uma distância 1¬ 1¬ do jato de combustível, de maneira a entrar em combustão com uma primeira parte do combustível presente nos gases oriundos da primeira combustão, processo no qual se injeta um gás oxigenado pobre em oxigênio a uma distância 1~ 2~ do jato de combustível, de maneira a entrar em combustão com uma segunda parte do combustível presente nos gases oriundos da primeira combustão e pelo fato de 1~ 2~ ser superior a 1~ 1~. Conjunto queimador para a aplicação do processo. Aplicação do processo para o aquecimento de uma carga de vidro ou para um forno de aquecimento.
