Abstract
"PóS DE CAUCHO QUE CONTêM MATERIAIS DE ENCHIMENTO SILìCIOS, EM FORMA DE Pó, NA BASE DE ESPéCIES DE CAUCHO EXISTENTES EM SOLVENTES ORGâNICOS, PROCESSOS PARA PRODUçãO E USO DOS MESMOS". A invenção refere-se a um processo para produção de pós de caucho de partículas finas, livremente fluentes, constituído de materiais de enchimento silícios, um ou mais organossilanos, que contêm grupos trialcoxissilila, e um caucho produzido de acordo com o processo de polimerização de solução. A produção parte de um sistema de duas fases (material de enchimento em água, caucho em solvente orgânico) e descreve a transferência suave dos diversos reagentes para uma fase, sob simultânea formação do composto de caucho/material de enchimento silício/silano de acordo com a invenção. O processo distingue-se por um alto grau de liberdade na escolha das formas de material de enchimento (suspensão de precipitação de material de enchimento - torta de filtração de material de enchimento - material de enchimento seco) e do organossilano (pré-silanizado, adição direta), porém, independentemente disso, no pó de caucho acabado sempre leva ao fato de que o material de enchimento silício e organossilano apresentam-se totalmente reagidos no produto final.
