Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO ELEVADOR DE ESPIGAS PARA SISTEMAS CEIFADORES DE MáQUINAS COLHEITADEIRAS". A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo elevador de espigas para sistemas ceifadores de máquinas colheitadeiras que apresenta uma barra segadora (1) com dedos segadores (2) que se salientam, dispostos na mesma. Ele compreende um trilho portador (5) com uma primeira extremidade (8) e uma segunda extremidade (9). A primeira extremidade se destina à fixação à barra segadora (1). Com a segunda extremidade (9) do trilho portador (5) está unido um dispositivo elevador de talos (10). Um suporte (11) está fixado no trilho portador (5) entre a primeira extremidade (8) e a segunda extremidade (9). A este estão associados meios de retenção, à guisa de exemplo, em forma de pinos de encaixe ou prisioneiros (17) e pares de perfurações, que estão dispostos com espaçamento em relação ao trilho portador (5) sendo que o pino de encaixe (17) é encaixável dentro de um dos pares de perfuração. O pino de encaixe (17) se destina ao apoio no dedo segador (2). O suporte (11) com os meios de retenção (17) estão dispostos de forma a disponibilizar uma passagem livre, que permite uma aproximação do trilho portador (5) ao dedo segador (2) ou a sua ponta (16). O trilho portador (5), na região entre a segunda extremidade (9) e o suporte (11) está configurado com flexão rígida e na região entre o suporte (11) e a primeira extremidade (8) está configurado com flexão elástica.
