Abstract

"MéTODO DE FORMAR UMA PELìCULA DE TRANSFERêNCIA TéRMICA DECORATIVA EM UMA TIRA DE FORRO FLEXìVEL". Um método de formar em uma tira de forro flexível (1) uma película de transferência térmica decorativa (7) contendo processos gráficos (4) definidos por imagens e/ou textos e por um código de identificação progressiva (5) (código de barras, código alfanumérico, etc.) atribuído a cada processo gráfico; o método provendo a aplicação na tira de forro (1) de uma primeira película de polímero (3), na qual os processos gráficos (4) são impressos em tela, e os respectivos códigos de identificação progressiva (5) são termograficamente impressos; e uma segunda película de polímero (6) é então aplicada na primeira película (3), de modo que os processos gráficos (4) e códigos de identificação associados (5) são dispostos e acondicionados entre as duas películas de polímero (3, 6) para formar a película decorativa (7). As películas de polímero (3, 6) são feitas de materiais de polímero compatíveis com as tintas e/ou pigmentos de impressão em tela e termográficos utilizados.
