Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA ALìVIO DE TENSãO". Um processo para tratar um elemento de múltiplas camadas flexível que apresenta uma temperatura de transição de vidro e que inclui uma camada superficial, o processo composto de: mover o elemento através de um trajeto de elemento que inclui uma zona de contato definida por meio do contato do elemento com uma superfície arqueada que inclui uma região zona de contato encurvada; um trajeto de pré-contato de elemento antes da zona de contato; e um trajeto de pós-contato de elemento depois da zona de contato; aquecer seq³encialmente cada porção da camada superficial de tal modo que cada uma das porções de camada superficial aquecida tenha uma temperatura acima da temperatura de transição de vidro enquanto na região zona de contato encurvada; e resfriar seq³encialmente cada uma das porções de camada superficial aquecida enquanto na zona de contato de tal modo que a temperatura de cada uma das porções de camada superficial aquecida caia até abaixo da temperatura de transição de vidro antes de cada uma das porções de camada superficial aquecida que deixa a região zona de contato encurvada, definindo com isto uma região de resfriamento, no qual o aquecimento é realizado em uma região de aquecimento que abrange qualquer parte ou toda a zona de contato fora da região de resfriamento e uma porção do trajeto de pré-contato de elemento adjacente à zona de contato.
