"MéTODO E ARRANJO PARA INCORPORAR UMA MARCA D<39>áGUA EM UM SINAL DE INFORMAçãO, SINAL DE INFORMAçãO POSSUINDO UMA MARCA D<39>AGUA INCORPORADA, MEIO DE ARMAZENAMENTO, ARRANJO PARA DETECTAR UMA MARCA D<39>áGUA EM UM SINAL DE INFORMAçãO, E, DISPOSITIVO PARA TRANSMITIR UM SINAL DE INFORMAçãO. é descrito um método para incorporar uma marca d'água em um sinal de informação (x(n)), tal como um sinal de áudio. O método compreende as etapas de segmentar o sinal de áudio em quadros sobrepostos (xs(n)), usando um conjunto de janelas de análise (ha(n)), calcular os segmentos de marca d<39>água (ws<39> para os quadros sobrepostos, reconstruir um sinal de marca d<39>água (w<39>(n)) a partir dos segmentos de marca d'água usando um conjunto de janelas de reconstrução (hr(n)) as quais são complementares às janelas de análise, e adicionar o sinal de marca d'água ao sinal de informação. As janelas de análise e de reconstrução podem ser construídas tendo como base janelas protótipo para preencher condições complementares pré-determinadas. As janelas de análise e reconstrução podem ser adaptadas ao conteúdo do sinal de informação.
