Abstract

"ARRANQUE ELéTRICO PARA UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO DE VEìCULO AUTOMóVEL". Um arranque elétrico compreende um lançador (24) equipado com um pinhão (14) para o acionamento de uma coroa (16) dentada, e um dispositivo de transmissão disposto entre o pinhão (14) e um cubo de acionamento (30), que é composto por duas séries de caneluras (40, 42) helicoidais de formas complementares dispostas respectivamente na árvore de saída (12), e em uma bucha cilindrica interna do cubo (30). Para facilitar a penetração do pinhão (14) do lançador na coroa (16), e reduzir as tensões mecânicas durante o funcionamento, as caneluras (40, 42) helicoidais do cubo de acionamento (30) possuem um ângulo de contato variável em função da posição axial do lançador (24) entre a posição de repouso e a posição de trabalho, o dito ângulo de contato sendo determinado pela inclinação da tangente ao ponto de introdução de um dente de cubo (42a) em um dos flancos AB, CD de dois dentes de árvore (40a, 40b) consecutivos. O ângulo de contato é maior no lado da posição de repouso do que da posição de trabalho. Aplicação: arranque para motor de combustão (25) de veículo automóvel.
