Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE PNEUS PARA RODAS DE VEìCULO, PNEU PARA RODAS DE VEìCULO, COMPOSIçãO ELASTOMéRICA RETICULáVEL, E, PRODUTO ELASTOMéRICO RETICULADO". Processo para a produção de pneus, em que a reticulação é executada em uma composição, que compreende: (a) pelo menos um polímero elastomérico contendo grupos carboxílicos; (b) pelo menos um composto orgânico líquido contendo grupos epóxidos localizados internamente na molécula, e (c) pelo menos um óxido ou um sal inorgânico de um metal selecionado a partir de Fe, Cu, Sn, Mo e NI. Mediante aquecimento, o material elastomérico alcança um alto grau de reticulação sem a adição de agentes de reticulação convencionais, com períodos de tempo de reticulação mantidos dentro de limites, que são aceitáveis para um uso industrial. Estas composições são particularmente adequadas para a produção de bandas de rodagem.
