Abstract

"APARELHO PARA A VEDAçãO DE CALOR DE ACONDICIONAMENTOS OU ENVOLTóRIOS TERMOPLáSTICOS". O aparelho compreende um par de transportadores paralelos (T1, T<39>1) com eixos geométricos motorizados verticais (101, 101<39>), formados por qualquer estrutura flexível resistente a ar e permeável a ar, o deslocamento interno dos quais contacta com pressão apropriada as laterais, contendo as bordas dobradas para baixo a serem seladas, do acondicionamento (P), que é suportado de baixo por, por exemplo, um transportador motorizado opcional (T) que se desloca na mesma direção e na mesma velocidade a medida que os deslocamentos internos dos referidos transportadores laterais dispostos longitudinalmente atrás dos quais estão as unidades (6, 6<39>) aquecíveis pelo efeito Joule e de baixa inércia térmica, que dispensam jatos de ar quente através dos deslocamentos internos ativos destes transportadores, e que são incidentes nas bordas dos acondicionamentos, de modo a produzir linhas de solda nas mesmas. Meios subseq³entes (10, 10<39>) são providos para manter uma pressão apropriada, e arrefecer das referidas linhas de solda, antes dos acondicionamentos deixarem o referido aparelho.
