Abstract
"CABEçOTE DE EXTRUSãO PARA FABRICAR UM EXTRUSADO PLáSTICO EM FORMA DE TUBO FLEXìVEL OU TUBO RìGIDO". O qual pode ser conectado à saída de uma extrusora apresentando uma ferramenta de bocal (42) que por sua vez compreende um núcleo (43) e um anel de bocal (44). O núcleo (43) e o anel de bocal (44) delimitam uma fenda (45), cuja abertura pode ser ajustada através de um movimento relativo (A ,B) axial, controlável por meio de um acionamento regulador (23) elétrico ou hidráulico, entre o núcleo (43) e o anel de bocal (44). O cabeçote de extrusão (4) compreende uma peça de suspensão (20) e uma peça de extrusão (40) a ela conectada de forma removível, a qual por sua vez apresenta todas as conexões e canais de escoamento da massa a ser extrudada e é equipada com a ferramenta de bocal (42). O acionamento regulador (23) fica alojado na peça de suspensão (20) e pode ser conectado ao mandril (43) ou ao anel de bocal (44) de forma removível.
