Abstract
"CAIXA DO MANCAL DA BIELA OU LUVA DO MANCAL DA BIELA, OU CAIXA DO MANCAL PRINCIPAL". A invenção refere-se a uma caixa do mancal da biela, ou luva do mancal da biela em motores de combustão interna, ou uma caixa do mancal principal para assentamento do eixo da manivela em motores de combustão interna, de um material composto de mancal de deslizamento, contendo uma camada de suporte metálica, particularmente de aço, e uma camada de deslizamento metálica aplicada sobre esta; em um material composto de mancal de deslizamento apropriado para todos os empregos mencionados, a camada de deslizamento é formada por uma liga de cobre-zinco com 10-25% em peso de Zn, 1-3% em peso de Mn, 1-3% em peso de Ni, 2-6 % em peso de Fe, e por resíduo de cobre, assim como por constituintes de impurezas com, respectivamente, no máximo 0,1% em peso, na soma até no máximo 1% em peso, e a camada de deslizamento é exclusivamente cristalizada na fase <244>.
