Abstract

"CARREGADOR FEITO DE PAPELãO E MATRIZ PLANA DE PAPELãO". A presente invenção refere-se a um carregador para latas feito de papelão, de preferência papelão corrugado, para conectar uma pluralidade de latas geralmente cilíndricas (4) dispostas em uma ou diversas filas e tendo uma parte superior inclinada e um fecho de topo (6) com um aro projetante circular (8). O carregador (1; 31) é produzido a partir de uma matriz plana (2; 32) tendo, para cada lata a ser conectada pelo carregador, duas fendas mutuamente opostas, essencialmente arqueadas (14; 44, 45), cujas bordas externas encaixam-se sob o aro (8) das latas quando o carregador é montado sobre a pluralidade de latas para conectar o carregador e as latas e formar uma montagem de embalagem. As fendas essencialmente arqueadas (14; 44, 45) compreendem uma seção intermediária arqueada (16; 46) e seções extremas arqueadas (18; 48) sobre ambos os lados das mesmas, a mencionada seção intermediária (16; 46) sendo formada radialmente interna às seções extremas arqueadas (18; 48), de modo que uma língua de encaixe projetante para o interior (22; 52) seja formada entre as seções extremas (18; 48). A língua é adaptada para se apoiar sobre, e, se encaixar sob o aro (8) para conectar o carregador (1; 31) e as latas (4) a uma montagem de embalagem.
