Abstract

"FORMA DE DOSAGEM DE LIBERAçãO CONTROLADA COM TAXAS DE LIBERAçãO VARIáVEIS". Uma forma de dosagem de liberação controlada com taxas de liberação variáveis compreendendo: 1) um núcleo do comprimido de camada dupla ou de camada múltipla e que pelo menos uma das camadas contém um ou mais ingredientes farmaceuticamente ativos e pelo menos uma das camadas contém um ou mais polímeros controladores de taxa; 2) uma cobertura substancialmente insolúvel estendida sobre o núcleo do comprimido cobrindo a maior parte da superfície do comprimido mas deixando uma porção de uma camada do núcleo do comprimido exposta (camada exposta), a cobertura resultando da deposição eletrostática de um pó compreendendo partículas fundíveis sobre o núcleo do comprimido e fundindo-se as partículas para formar uma película fina.
