Abstract

"MéTODO PARA ENCAPSULAR UM PRODUTO PARA FAZER CáPSULAS, CáPSULA, E, MéTODOS PARA PRODUZIR UM ALIMENTO LìQUIDO PARA ORGANISMOS AQUáTICOS E PARA TRATAR UMA CáPSULA". Método para encapsular um produto para fazer cápsulas é descrito; cada cápsula (12) é composta de um envoltório (10) que mantém o produto e é formado de um material polimérico que consiste substancialmente totalmente de um único polímero. Um método de encapsulação compreende formar gotículas (4) de uma mistura líquida do produto e um único pré-polímero apropriado e, então, expor as gotículas a um meio polimerizante (8) para o pré-polímero de modo a polimerizar as superfícies externas das gotículas, assim formando os envoltórios e assim, as cápsulas desejadas (12). Um método alternativo é descrito em que o método de encapsulação compreende formar envoltórios nào contendo produto por exposição de gotículas de um pré-polímero a um meio polimerizante para o pré-polímero, de modo a polimerizar as superfícies externas das gotículas e, assim, formar os envoltórios e expor estes envoltórios a um meio contendo o produto, e levando ou permitindo que o produto difunda através e dentro dos envoltórios, assim formando as cápsulas desejadas.
