Abstract

"MéTODO DE ISOLAMENTO DE MASSA CELULAR INTERNA PARA O ESTABELECIMENTO DE LINHAS DE CéLULAS TRONCO EMBRIÈNICAS HUMANAS (HESC)". Um método de isolamento de massa celular interna (ICM) que compreende as etapas de imobilização de um embrião em estágio de blastocisto tendo uma zona pelúcida, trofectoderma, e uma massa celular interna, criando um orifício no embrião em estágio de blastocisto por ablação a laser, e remoção da massa celular interna do embrião em estágio de blastocisto através do orifício. O orifício é através da zona pelúcida e trofectoderma. O orifício é atingido usando um laser de diodo de não contato. A massa celular interna removida do embrião em estágio de blastocisto é usada para estabelecer linhas de células tronco embriónicas humanas.
