Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA O TRATAMENTO TéRMICO DE UMA PEçA MOLDADA E DISPOSITIVO PARA O TRATAMENTO TéRMICO DE UMA PEçA MOLDADA". Sendo que a presente invenção compreende uma pastilha de freio inclui uma placa portadora da pastilha (1), uma massa como camada inferior (2) e também um revestimento de fricção (3). A pastilha de freio é fixada entre uma placa de pressão (4) e um dispositivo de alojamento (5) que forma uma matriz perfurada e na qual são posicionados eletrodos (6) . Uma fonte de tensão (não mostrada) é conectada aos eletrodos (6). os eletrodos adjacentes (6) possuem respectivamente polaridades diferentes, conforme identificadas pelos sinais de <39>+<39>, respectivamente <39>-<39>. Através das polaridades diferentes é gerado um fluxo de corrente elétrica entre eletrodos adjacentes indicado por setas (7). As linhas de campo correm em forma de arco. Com um arranjo deste tipo é possível aplicar um processo de "scorching" no revestimento de fricção (3) . Para temperar pode ser aplicado também um gradiente de potencial entre os eletrodos (6) e a placa portadora (1) . o fluxo da corrente elétrica segue então em direção das setas (8), e o revestimento de fricção (3) é totalmente penetrado. A conseq³ência disso é o aquecimento homogêneo do revestimento de fricção. A invenção possibilita a têmpera eficaz do revestimento de fricção (3) Da mesma forma é possível executar simultaneamente as operações de têmpera e de <39>scorching<39>. A invenção permite, além disso, prensar o revestimento de fricção durante o tratamento térmico.
