Abstract

"PLANTA DE CAFé COM UMA ATIVIDADE DE ALFA-D-GALACTOSIDASE REDUZIDA". A presente invenção refere-se a modificação de galactomananos presentes no grão verde do café através da redução do nível endógeno da atividade da alfa-D-galactosidase. De forma específica a presente invenção refere-se a uma célula de planta com atividade da alfa-D-galactosidase reduzida e a uma planta que contém uma tal célula de planta.
