Abstract
"AGENTE ABSORVENTE DE áGUA, PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR O MESMO E ABSORVEDORES E ARTIGOS ABSORVENTES FABRICADOS COM O AGENTE ABSORVENTE DE áGUA". A presente invenção refere-se a um agente absorvente de água, compreendendo um polímero reticulado que inclui um monómero vinílico solúvel em água (a~ 1~) e/ou um monómero vinílico (a~ 2~) que é transformado no monómero vinílico solúvel em água (a~ 1~) por hidrólise e um agente de reticulação (b) como uma unidade constituinte essencial, onde as seguintes fórmulas (1) e (2) são satisfeitas: (Y) <242> -1,14(X) + 69,5 (1) (X) = ((X~ 1~)^ 2^ + 4 x(X~ 2~)^ 2^)^ 1/2^ (2) onde (x~ 1~) denota uma quantidade de retenção de água (g/g) do agente absorvente de água após ser embebido em uma solução salina fisiológica por uma hora; (x~ 2~) denota uma quantidade de absorção de água (g/g) do agente absorvente de água após ser embebido em uma solução salina fisiológica sob uma carga de 60 g/cm^ 2^ (0,9 psi) por uma hora; e (Y) denota uma velocidade de permeação de líquido (ml/min) de uma solução salina fisiológica depois que o agente absorvente de água é embebido em uma solução salina fisiológica sob uma carga de 20 g/cm^ 2^ (0,3 psi) por uma hora. O agente absorvente de água permite fácil produção de artigos absorventes que apresentam alto desempenho de absorção em qualquer estado e é adequado para uso em fraldas descartáveis, absorventes higiênicos e outros artigos sanitários.
