Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE UMA SUPERFìCIE DE AçO PARA GALVANIZAçãO POR IMERSãO A QUENTE, PROCESSO PARA GALVANIZAçãO POR úNICA IMERSãO DE AçO USANDO UM ALUMìNIO, E PRODUTO DE AçO CONTìNUO". A presente invenção se refere a um processo para a preparação de uma superfície de aço para galvanização por imersão a quente em um banho fundido baseado em zinco, compreendendo as etapas de limpar a superfície, decapar a superfície, e aplicar uma camada de proteção à superfície por meio de imersão em uma solução de fundente. O objetivo da invenção é o de abrandar os problemas que ocorrem no estado da técnica, em que especialmente a presença de alumínio e a ausência de chumbo toma o processo de revestimento de Galfan extremamente sensível a muitos inconvenientes comuns da galvanização tradicional. Este objetivo é alcançado, de acordo com a invenção, pelo fato de que a limpeza é realizada de modo a obter menos do que 0,6 <109>g/cm^ 2^ de sujeira residual, e a solução de fundente compreende um composto de bismuto solúvel. é também indicado um processo para galvanização por única imersão de aço usando um alumínio, bem como um produto de aço contínuo.
