Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO DE REFORçO". A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de reforço para estruturas de suporte que apresenta uma estrutura lamelar, que desemboca em um dispositivo de ancoragem, caracterizado pelo fato de que a estrutura lamelar consiste em uma multiplicidade de camadas individuais separadas ou separáveis, entre as quais ao menos em regiões parciais, de preferência na região do dispositivo de ancoragem, estão dispostas camadas intermediárias. Além disso, são disponibilizados processos para a fabricação de um tal dispositivo de reforço bem como processos para sanar e/ou reforçar construções à base de um tal dispositivo de reforço. De preferência, a estrutura lamelar apresenta como camadas individuais lamelas de plástico reforçadas com fibras de carbono (CFK), que estão embutidas em uma matriz termoplástica. De preferência, as camadas individuais da estrutura lamelar se baseiam em um plástico usual termoplástico e apresentam como camadas intermediárias de preferência camadas intermediárias de tecido ou placas de metal adicionalmente dispostas intermediariamente, a saber, especialmente de preferência um tecido orientado bidirecionalmente, especialmente um tecido de fibra de aramida orientado bidirecionalmente.
