Abstract

"APARELHO E MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR CORPOS CONTINUAMENTE MOLDADOS A PARTIR DE UM MATERIAL DE MOLDAGEM". A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho para produzir corpos continuamente moldados a partir de um material de moldagem, tal como uma solução de fiação que contém celulose, água e óxido de amina terciária. O aparelho (1) compreende uma placa de matriz (3) que inclui orifícios de extrusão (4) através dos quais o material de moldagem é extrudado substancialmente como corpos continuamente moldados do tipo filamento (5). Os corpos continuamente moldados (5) são passados através de um espaço vazio (6) e guiados em um banho de precipitação (9) por um defletor (10) a um dispositivo de formação de feixes (12) onde são unidos como um feixe de fibras. No espaço vazio, é disposto um dispositivo de sopro (14) para dirigir uma corrente de gás de refrigeração (15) para os corpos continuamente moldados (5) em uma direção transversal à direção de passagem (7). Para melhorar a estabilidade de fiação e as propriedades mecânicas dos corpos continuamente moldados, de acordo com a invenção, a corrente de gás de refrigeração (15) deve ser turbulenta quando sai do dispositivo de sopro (14).
